The GM-1000 Cincoze Embedded Rugged PC combines an 8th or 9th generation Coffee Lake processor. Generation with one MXM 3.1 port and 2 SATA compartments, triple monitor support, 4x USB 3.2 Gen2, multiple M.2 and Mini PCIe and CMI/CFM I/O expansion.
Cincoze announced a GM-1000 GPU computer using an MXM 3.1 Type A/B expansion slot to support graphics cards up to 160W. Three sets of MXM accessories are available: Nvidia Quadro Embedded P2000 and AMD Radeon Embedded E9174 kits, both with cooler and heating pad, and a board with 4 DisplayPort connections.
The GM-100 uses the same 8th and 9th generation Intel Coffee Lake processors. A generation like the current Cincoze DS-1200 system. Other Coffee Lake systems with MXM slots include Adlink class 2020 matrix computers.

Developed for complex applications in the field of boundary computing, industrial image processing, machine vision and artificial intelligence, including in cars, the Windows 10 standard with Linux is supported if necessary. The GM-100 is equipped with an Intel C246 chipset and supports Coffee Lake Xeon, Core, Pentium and Celeron processors on Octa cores.
You can download up to 64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4 on two sockets. For storage, 2.5-inch SATA III bays with front access and RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 arrays are available. The system also supports mSATA on 3 Mini-PCIe slots, and the M.2 M-Key 2280 connector supports PCIe x4 and NVMe SSDs.
The Socket M.2 2230 dongle supports wireless cards, including the Intel CNVi module. Two SIM card slots and two antenna holes are also available.
The GM-100 is equipped with 2 GbE ports (Intel I219-LM and I210-IT) with support for WoL, Teaming, Jumbo Frame and PXE. Other functions are 4x 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2, 4x 5 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen1 and 4x RS-232/422/485 ports.
Three simultaneous displays via an HD compatible DVI-I connector and a DisplayPort and 4K compatible HDMI connector are supported. With the Realtek ALC888 HD audio codec, you also have two audio connections.

Like most Cincoze computers, the system provides slots for user-developed CMI (Combined Multiple IO) and CFM (Control Function Module) modules. Additional I/O modules from CMI include 2x 10 GbE, 4x GbE, 4x M12 GbE, 16x DIO and 2x COM. CFM modules offer functions such as PoE and ignition power measurement. If that’s not enough, Mini PCIe slots support accessories for serial, LAN and USB expansion.
The model 260 x 200 x 85 mm with aluminium and metal construction weighs 4.6 kg. The computer can be mounted with a wall bracket, VESA and optional DIN and GM series side brackets.
Without an MXM card, the system can withstand temperatures from -40 to 55°C (80W CPU), 60°C (65W) or 70°C (35W), and with a 58W GPU card, the temperature range is -40 to 50°C (80W) or 55°C (35W). There are independent cooling systems for the CPU and GPU and copper heat pipes. An extra set of external fans is supplied with a fan with 4 speeds.
The GM-100 offers a shock resistance of 50 Gy/m according to IEC60068-2-27 and a vibration resistance of 5 Gy/m according to IEC60068-2-64. Also available are a permitted humidity of 95 % at 70 °C (non-condensing), compliance with EN50155, safety certificates EN62368-1, EMC resistance and the current certification of the E-Marker in the vehicle.
The computer is powered by an AT/ATX power supply with a 9-48 VDC input via two terminal blocks, each with a 15A limit. The second input is needed when working with a voltage of 9-23V. There is also a spacer clamp for the power supply.
The GM-1000 is equipped with an optional 24V 220W AC/DC adapter and supports up to 360W of household power. Power supply protection includes protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, reverse polarity, overvoltage and electrostatic discharge. You also have watchdog, SuperCap backup, 6x LEDs, 0.2 second instant restart function, ATX power button, AT/ATX mode switch, reset and power button, clean CMOS switch and clean BIOS.
No price or availability information is given for the GM-1000. See the Cincoze ads and products page for more information.
